Buy the code and update it

Hi All,

Ive been wondering if its possible at all to buy the source code and update the game to something a little more modern.

I think its a great game - just needs a little modernisation.

Any thoughts?

I doubt that. Slitherine have the rights to CEAW and also GS.

There is certainly a potential to make and sell a strategic WW2 game using a modern game engine. However, if that happens then I believe it will happen as a completely new game Slitherine will make and publish.

I don't know if such plans exist or not so maybe you should contact Slitherine directly showing interest in seeing such a game being developed. If the interest is big enough then maybe it can become a reality one day. There is certainly a market for it.
