Rerolls and added rolls (CMT, Cohesion)

The first of the questions from yesterday's game has to do with 2d6 rolls and quality re-rolls.

When re-rolling when adding 2 dice together, do you reroll when:

A. The sum of the the dice is a re-rollable number
B. Either die if it is a rerollable number.

We assumed B, but wanted to make sure.

You can imagine my glee when I rolled snake eyes for a cohesion check in a game last week as the Roman : ). Just have to remember that I have the re-roll ability
