Claiming game problem

I have game which crushed long ago and I cant claim it (button don't work). The game has stopped in 2012. We both have another game in progres.

Giving this a bump, as I have an abandoned MP game that is now two years old and I can't claim it to get rid of it.

Contact Slitherine or Matrix Help Support, state your problem, they will get back to you to resolve this problem, they helped me several times for exactly what you are going through.

OK, I see what you mean at this forum. Go over to the Matrix site or forum, at the top of site click SUPPORT, you can get a support ticket there to get the ball rolling. If that does not work out for you, I will give you a pm of someone's email at Slitherine who knows how to do this stuff. It's not a good idea to post emails on the forum. Good luck!

I've got games with timewasters who havnt even moved once going back to feb yet I can't claim them it's saying when opponent as been inactive for 30 days you can claim which they have been inactive ?
