Sometimes, not always, when I end a game back to the main menu and then click exit I get a "SPM-Windows.exe has stopped working" message.

Attached is a screenshot, a text file with the problem details, and my last autosave before exiting.

Thanks for the feedback. In case you encounter the same problem again, can I ask you to upload the output_log.txt file as well? It's in a subfolder named SPM-Windows_Data under the installation directory.
