There are 2 NZ factions, one of them displays commanders.

This issue seems to be coming from the game data :? . Not sure if I can do something about it. Hopefully, the upcoming Allied DLCs will clean up the game data and this issue goes away.

New version released: 2021-02-14

- Large technical upgrade
- Third-party libraries upgraded to new versions or replaced by newer libraries
- Loading indicator now shows unit data download progress
- Proper configuration to response headers added which should cause the download time to be reduced

So this is a bunch of technical stuff that I wanted to do for a long time. From the user's point of view, the initial load should be faster everything else should be the same or very similar.

Please report any issues as these upgrades sometimes break parts of the application.

I have a question: Is it intended that I cannot type spaces in the unit name field?

You should be able to type spaces. Make sure to use the correct field though. The unit name filter is the second one, the first one is for unit ID which doesn't allow spaces.

Any hope of a stand-alone Navigator Tool that would work with mods?
It would be really helpful for unit modders.

Thanks
Erik

I've never tried it myself, but:

Mojko wrote: Sun Oct 21, 2018 1:55 am New version released: 2018-10-21

- mod support added
- mod loader field in now available in the bottom of the screen

- input url of mod data files and push the "load mod" button
- the url has to be pointing to folder that contains game data files (for example units.csv)
- mod folder and all of its files have to be publicly available (no login, no captcha, no validation)
- file names have to match game data files convention
- mod files will be applied on top of the default files
- modding support is only for game data files, not for images and localization files
- loaded mod state is not persistent between requests (you have to load your mod each time you open the Unit navigator)
- loaded mode state is not cached, so loading time may be slow (depends on the hosting service providing mod files)

See the diff page for more details.

Feedback is appreciated.

Aha, never noticed that option. Thanks.
But I'm a bit confused about what constitutes the url to the mod Data-folder (I think of an url as a web-page address).

Applying my folder-path doesn't work. On the bottom of the page it states 'No mod files in use. I do have OOB running the mod.

As pointed out above the UNT supports mod files. This is limited to data files though, custom images and localization files are not supported. The alternative is to set up UNT locally on your computer. This software is open source and is self-contained (doesn't need to be built to be used). You will need to set up a web server software on your local computer though. There are several options and the selection depends on your OS:

- Option for Windows
- Option for Linux / Mac

Happy to hear that you find this feature useful :D . The path needs to be a publicly accessible web URL. The one in your post is a local path. The easy check is that when you input the correct path into your web browser you will be able to see the contents of the folder. This is an example of a correct mod URL:

Thanks,

I do not know how to export the new images :(
The only solution is to make these images themselves
I deleted the shadow but I enlarged the images :)
Could you test these few images(A36_Apache, us_rangers_42, us_rangers_43 & us_rangers_44) to see the real result :?:

Terminator, Mojko,
I guess I could do that, but I would need a complete list of the unit pics you need (!)

And I mean that. Not some "everything since v8.xx" comment, but a complete list of every unit that you need.
