Bulge on PC Crashing to Desktop

Post by JLChamberlain » Fri Sep 18, 2015 1:13 am

I posted about this on the Steam forums and a nice fellow told me to post my log file here.

Basically, my copy of Battle of the Bulge, which I bought through Steam, crashes every time I start the tutorial or a new game.

Your help is appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry you are having problems. The team are going to look at it. The game runs on the vast majority of machines with no issue., as does Order of Battle. Sometimes there are specific hardware conflicts we have to do n to to find out what is going on.

Have you checked your drivers are up to date?

Hello again!

Sadly, we could not find anything wrong with the output you presented here. The ouput_log.txt file gets rewritten automatically each time you enter the game, and the content that you gave us has no crash information in it. Can you enter the game again, join Tutorial or start a new game, and then when the game crashes upload the file again here? It is easier to just Upload the attachment, that way you make sure that the whole content of the file will be uploaded.

Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience!
Teo

I tried to upload the file, but the uploader said it wouldn't take .txt files.

You can send any files to support@slitherine.co.uk and they'll make sure they get to the team.
