Multiplayer Problem

All my games have disappeared from the current games tab in multiplayer. I was in the middle of somewhere between 10 and 15 games. And when I hit Refresh, it just times out. My username is daggerfunf. Help! Thanks!

Hi - I'm in the same boat. I'm trying to play Bulge on my ipad and am experiencing the same problems.

When Bulge loads it goes directly to the last game played against the AI. I have to revert to main menu > play > multiplayer and then 9/10 it hangs until I receive the message 'timed out'. On the rare occasion that I am able to log-in all my current games have vanished.

I have to say that this is one of a number of bugs I have experienced since downloading the 'update'. Like others, I have to say that an otherwise near perfect game has been wrecked through poor coding and inadequate play-testing. Having purchased the game from Shenandoah it's nothing short of vandalism. Will you be offering a refund or be kind enough to let folk know when a update will be available that addresses this and the numerous other issues raised.

I'm Sorry but we have been having issues with the multiplayer server since Friday.
Our web admins are still looking at the issue.

Hi.

Same problem over here. Most of the time my Login request just times out.
When I am able to log in successfully I get the weird message "the authorisation Cookie is missing. Please retry."

I would like to take the opportunity to ask you guys to speed up the process of issuing the first patch.
There are quite a few bugs in the game and at least two that can be real game-breakers.

I don't mind beta-testing, but usually I don't have to pay for a such a game...

My personal view is that Slitherine should issue some sort of compensation to players registering concern. Overall, customer service has been poor and none of the other issues noted above have been acknowledged.

Breaking something that you own is unacceptable.

I would settle for a copy of Heroes of Normandie or a gift card.

The Problem doesn't seem to have been 100% fixed.
Now I can log on to the server, but the request to update my current games list times out.
Anybody else?

Hello guys!

Have you tried the multiplayer recently? Can I ask you if the issue still happens the exact same way? Can you make a screenshot with the game list and the encountered issue?

We are already looking into it and it will be fixed as soon as possible, but we need to know for sure if it still happens.

No, unfortunately there is no button to remove the ongoing games from the multiplayer. You can expect this feature implemented in the next updates.

Hi,

If you are finding that you do have too many dead games, then you can send a mail through to support@slitherine.co.uk and they can take a look at disabling those games for you
