Game crashing

Hi,

Just downloaded the free version of OOB to check it out. Seems like a fun system, but I can only run it in 2D mode. In 3D, my monitor goes black after a turn or two and I have to restart my machine to see anything. I've attached my DxDiag and output files. I've tried the other fixes suggested here to no avail and installed the latest graphics driver. I would like to play the game in all its visual glory. Any suggestions?

Unity engine, with which the game is build upon, requires a lot of resources.
Using a XP Windows 32bit version, probably it's cause of the issue.
It's possible that you don't have enough free resources to generate the 3D graphics.

Odd. I can run SOW Waterloo, Total War games and Rise of Flight without any problems, of course they're not Unity but have much higher 3D requirements. Perhaps OOB isn't optimized very well. Any other thoughts?

In every scenario? Even the smaller ones?

And even on the lowest quality setting?

I've not heard this issue before, it sounds more like a hardware issue than a software one. The output log also does not reveal any problems - are you sure it is taken from right after a PC restart?

Yes, in every scenario and on lowest settings after restarting my PC. I just reinstalled SOW and now it's doing the same thing so maybe it is a hardware issue. I recently had to restore the PC to a time before I installed my NVIDIA card, but it accepted that latest update and looks fine in my systems tab. Any thoughts on how to fix this?
