Seems like Nero's approach of employing an older mod and then plopping a newer scenario into it is the way to go. Worked for me anyway.

As it did it did for me when I tried it back in October, and again this evening. What I don't understand is why the latest MicoMod doesn't run when placed in an empty Mod Folder.

New units (using existing graphics):
Chinese Engineers 1937
Chinese Engineers 1939
Boeing Model 281 (Chinese version of P26 'Peashooter')
2v1 Japan-China 1937-39 1.0
Large map, 65 turns, medium number of core infantry units, generous resource income.
If a player loses core units he may purchase a different unit type rather than reform/update old unit.
The game should last until Jan 1940 if I have calculated the days/turn correctly (and the multiplayer date bug doesn't screw things up...)

I would be curious about a Japan / China matchup. Given how the Korea games got glitched I'm a bit worried. To say nothing of the infamous black screen. Anyway the first turn of the new Danzig scenario is underway and off to a good start so that's something.

Playing Market Garden 3 0, game got stuck in the 3rd round. Played my turn twice, but it won't upload, nothing happens. What a pity, such a great scenario, would love to play until the end

Strange, that sounds unlike other problems. Normally once the game actually starts everything is fine, if there are problems they prevent the game from starting at all.

Yes, I don't know what the problem is. I'm always a bit unsecure with these mods because i never know if i did everything right with loading the files etc.
I just hope the ones i play currently don't crash.

One thing, I haven't seen the visual glitch of units becoming giant lately. It never influenced gameplay but was somewhat amusing, so I miss it a little.

I have an issue in our current game of Market Garden (the one with Brenmusik in).
After the playthrough of the previous players finishes, I can't play my turn. I don't get the info screen at the beginning of the turn and I can't select units or move them with the mouse. I can select units by using Page Up/Down and can see the targets of adjacent enemy units but no way to move them. Also no hourglass to end my turn.
Have tried restarting my computer and then played my turns in the unmodded tournament that's now running, but still nothing when I come back to this game.
Any suggestions?

...and my issue with Market Garden still remains. I have now tried 3 times (!) playing my round to the end but it won't upload. The playing works fine but at the end it freezes.

So now my Danzig Corridor game I'm currently playing is stuck. After replay nothing happens, i cannot move my units.

Unfortunately Slitherine support can't help with modded games. "Normally we cannot advise on issues with modding."

China v Japan
My third game fails. Not quite the 'Turn Overview' fail. This time the replay is successful and I play my turn, click end turn .. and nothing, timer disappears, no messages, nothing.
I think that makes it the fifth MicoMod game I'm involved with to fail in similar circumstances.
Now as I see it, it's either the Server screwing up, but not on Korean War Mod or standard games - so unlikely.
More likely it's me, messing up when I work round the 'Black Screen' at every update of the MM.
Clearing out the mod and going with a clean latest version invariably ends in a Black Screen. Hence back to an earlier version and updating by hand.
So it's probably best that I bow out of MM but hoping my current Bulge games hold up, which is more than I'm doing in one of them
