Nothing doing, even tried a "brand new" latest Korea. Is it us or the Server?

The evil server.
Remember the old issue were you can't select free slots, you have to take the first available?
This looks like something similar.

Edit: I was able to join two of your games

I now have 1.0, 1.1 and 1.3 all running in the latest Korea Mod. I did it by taking 1.0 and 1.1 versions out of their Scenario Folders and dropping them into the new version.
Alas, I still can't join any of the three 1.3 games you posted.

Surprisingly, there is a lot of information about special forces from all over the world, but there is almost no information on both Koreas)))

Chinese volunteers in the Korean War
https://en.topwar.ru/31362-kitayskie-do ... voyne.html

In the early 50s, a small number of IS-2s were transferred to China. During the Korean War, Chinese volunteers used them against the Americans, although there is no information about military clashes with tanks of the latter. According to American intelligence, Chinese troops in Korea had four separate tank regiments, each of which consisted of four companies of T-34-85 and one company of IS-2 (5 tanks each).

During the Indochina War, French troops clashed with the IS-2, which China handed over to Vietnam.

One Panther tank, which the French had, was delivered to Vietnam to conduct experiments on the possibility of countering the IS-2 tank.

I just copied the Korea 1.3 scenario over from the new mod to the previous, existing one I had installed and it seems to run fine. However the description in the original post hasn't been updated for version 1.9 of the mod to reflect the addition of the 1 vs 2 Korea version 1.3, it still only says version 1.1.

I just checked, both folder and scenario name is '1v2 Korea 1950-51 1.3' in Korea 1.9.
This is important for multiplayer scenarios which exists in several versions.
Or did you mean something else...?

Sorry, I had a feeling I was being vague. That's what I get for posting when it's late at night, heh... I mean the first post in this thread. It reads :

Mod Korean War 1950 v1.9 4-11-2021
Content:
Chosin 1950 1.1 single-player
Chosin 1950 Purchase 1.1 single-player
1v2 Korea 50-51 multiplayer 1.1
7 Marines Korea 1950 mini-campaign
8 Ranger Co Korea 1950 mini-campaign
89 Tank Bn Korea 1950-51 mini-campaign
Turkish 1 Bn Korea 1950-51 mini-campaign
Korea 1950 Pt.1 full campaign
Korea 1950 Pt.2 full campaign

So shouldn't it be :

Mod Korean War 1950 v1.9 4-11-2021
Content:
Chosin 1950 1.1 single-player
Chosin 1950 Purchase 1.1 single-player
1v2 Korea 50-51 multiplayer 1.3
7 Marines Korea 1950 mini-campaign
8 Ranger Co Korea 1950 mini-campaign
89 Tank Bn Korea 1950-51 mini-campaign
Turkish 1 Bn Korea 1950-51 mini-campaign
Korea 1950 Pt.1 full campaign
Korea 1950 Pt.2 full campaign

Just change the 1v2 Korea 50-51 multiplayer 1.1 to 1v2 Korea 50-51 multiplayer 1.3

Unless I'm mistaking something, which is entirely possible! ;)

Bren, my Korea Scenarios folder looks the same. These are the only single/multiplayer scenarios in Korea. The rest of the scenarios are part of the campaigns.

MicroMod 3.0

Post by Erik2 »

MicroMod 3.0

Link updated in first post.
Added Polish 75mm armata wz36 AA unit.
Added generic Irregulars (partisan) unit.

2v1 Danzig Corridor 1939 2.0:
Map size doubled.
Unit size from battalions to more detailed companies.
No core units.
Added more Polish and German air and naval units.
Changes to objectives and supply.
Removed German commanders for play balance reasons.
No resource income for any factions  (this is an experiment to prevent the scenario from turning into a WWW1-style trench war with the defender constantly repairing units in the frontline).

Very happy to see a new Market Garden version and even happier to report that I have resolved my MicroMod issues. 3.1 went to black screen again but I succeeded using the BrenMusik method :D

Have joined 2 of Erik's 4 Market Garden games, tried to get one of each faction but can only join the Allies. Is it possible to choose Germans for the other two or do I have to wait for new players to take the Allied slots in the other two games and then join?

There's a (reported) multiplayer server bug that does not allow (certain?) players to freely pick a free slot in a challenge.
Personally, I may only select the first available slot in any challenge.

Hi,
I've tried to install Erik's campaigns / mods to be able to play multiplayer but i have no clue how to do it. I'm no expert in these download issues.
I tried something with Dropbox (which is also complete new for me) but it did not work out.
Does somebody have a simple instruction available that even I would understand?

Thanks for helping me out

Stick with Dropbox, using the 'direct download' option - top right, somewhere. When downloaded it'll be a compressed file in your Downloads. I found it best to unzip to the desktop (until you get the hang of where to put it... and that is in OoB which is usually found in My Games. In there, ordinary scenarios go in Scenarios But MicroMod into Mods. I'd show you some pictures but writing from my phone. Someone will probably be along in the morning with more help.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD A FILE IN DROPBOX CLOUD STORAGE
https://kompmix.ru/dropbox/kak_skachat_ ... kciya.html

Those who have been on the Internet for a long time may remember that there used to be quite a lot of file hosting sites where you could get a direct link to a file. A direct link is when when you click on it, the file download immediately begins. Now, despite the huge number of cloud services, it is almost impossible to get a direct link to the file. The logic is clear: to force the user to watch ads. However, there is a nice exception in dropbox.
When we share files via dropbox, we copy the link and paste it where it is needed, for example, in the messenger window. Links in dropbox always end like this:
dl=0
At the same time, if you click on the link, a web page will open on which you will either have to register or download the file without registration.
It turns out that if 0 is replaced by 1, then the file download will begin immediately.
Here are some examples for you:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/kjmuubtjbxhu8 ... ..mp3?dl=0
this link will open the download page.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/kjmuubtjbxhu8 ... ..mp3?dl=1
but this one will immediately start downloading the file. So, if you need to share a file with an inexperienced user, you can take this life hack into service, just remember that dropbox has a very tight limit on downloading from links and you will not be able to use dropbox, for example, as a file storage for your website or blog.
