It's great to work if there is at least one person who appreciates what you do...
And here are 2 people, so I'm happy :D :!:
Hello Mr Kondi. As I said a while ago, you're one of the best skin creators :D . I admit it without shame, I often use yours in OoB. I wish you a very Merry Christmas. Greetings.

Hello Mr Kondi. Happy new year. I know that this is not the appropriate place but as you are well documented and your topic is followed by many connoisseurs, I have a technical question: has the 12.8 cm FlaK 40 German been used historically in an antitank position (like the 8.8 cm FlaK)? Greetings.

It seems to me that it was possible, but to a limited extent, because they were too heavy to tow, they had to be attached permanently to the platform.
They were the equipment of anti-aircraft towers in large German cities or were mounted in armored trains, so then perhaps they were able to fire straight ahead. :?:
In Wikipedia, it says that the 12.8mm FlaKs operated on the Zoo Tower in Berlin supported ground troops defending the park.

On this Sunday, the premiere of several new skins, I ordered a special album with camouflages of German (and other nations  ) armored units during the II world war and today they are to deliver it to me. 8)

It's hard to talk about camouflage in the first period of the war, I prefer the word "painting" of vehicles.

German camo of 5th Panzer Division, which took part in the Balkan campaign in the spring of 1941
Since the 2nd New Zealand inf division put up a fierce resistance on the Monastiri pass, the commander of XXXX Armee Korps asked for the allocation of the 5th PzDiv from von Kleist Armored Group
The screenshot shows the deployment of units of both armies on the day of the resumption of the attack on Monastiri by the Germans, that is April 10, 1941
5th and 9th panzer divisions, 73rd inf division and motorized brigade SS Leibstandarte participated in the attack
(because there are no New Zealand infantry in the editor, so I had to use Australian units  )

One of the two essential components of the Deutsches Africa Corps was the 5th Panzer Regiment from the 5th Light (Leichte) Division.
Later this division was transformed into 21st PzDiv - the legendary German operational unit in North Africa 1941-43.
5th PzRgt arrived in Tripoli in March 1941 and initially had: 25 Pz I, 45 Pz II, 61 Pz III, 17 Pz IV and 7 PzBfWg

The second important component of the DAK was the 8th Panzer Regiment from 15th PzDiv.
The division arrived in Africa in April and appeared on the battlefield in May 1941, during the British Brevity operation (first of many unsuccessful attempts to break the circle around Tobruk)
8th PzRgt initially had: 45 Pz II, 71 Pz III, 20 Pz IV and 10 PzBfWg
Below: 15th PzDiv troops occupy defensive positions in the Halfaya Pass area, first day of Brevity operation, May 15, 1941

Thanks, Kondi!

Those rather "simple" looking skins are working best with the game's models, IMO.
Just keep 'em coming. :D
