Serial does not work

Just bought and registered Star Hammer: The Vanguard Prophecy.

Installed it, entered serial at protection screen (with and without dashes) -> "Proceed" is greyed out. Only cancel worked.
Copy/Paste, entering it one by one, installing the patch... no chance. Cannot play game.
Great copy protection!

ok, it happens, faulty S/N or extra bits can be added by copy paste and manual typing, but to be sure, just send a message to support as see, as they can at least check the S/N for you, where as i can't i'm sorry to say

Ok, opended a ticket. Lets see what is wrong with my serial.
