Campaigns bugged - Solved by reinstall

After installing 21st Panzer DLC, when I go to any of the three campaigns, I get what looks like latin descriptions and only the option to go back.

I verified Steam files and also for the first time registered online, which I really didn't want to do. Anyway, with that fresh start same thing happened.

This is very strange: it does seem like a client problem, but I can't think of anything. We haven't been reported similar problems, but if we do, I'll refer them to this thread, suggesting a reinstall.
