Up-to-date compilation of rules clarifications, extensions..

There appears to be no up-to-date organized set of FoG "Rule Book Authors"/Rule Givers-provided guidance, rulings and clarifications about FoG rule conflicts, revisions, sticky points, and unforeseen situations [e.g., the legality rolling for unplanned flank attacks to confuse one's opponent].
There is a lot of knowledge in the Forum, but it is hard to access in its current form—via extensive searching.
> Is there already such a set, beyond the rather inadequate "ERRATA Sheet". for players to reference?
> In the interest of improved consistent play, would the FoG Team please put together such a set?
On a related matter...
Often for a rules dispute during play, players may call a "higher authority" to get a ruling.
This can be helpful, but has the problems that:
#1: Who are the proper [authoritative] FoG rules authorities to call.
#2: How do players know whom to call.
#3: "Higher authorities" may disagree among themselves [trouble in Valhalla].
#4: The various rulings are not compiled anywhere, may be lost to history, or may evolve over time.
