We cordially invite you to take part in the FoG World Championships in Izmir (Turkey) in 2020.

The event will be held between the 12th and 14th of June. The tournament will be held at the Tekne hotel in YeniFoca. The event will be six games held over three days.

The format would be a reception, followed by one game on Friday, followed by dinner. Three games on Saturday, followed by another meal with two games on Sunday. The anticipated cost for accommodation (three nights), two dinners and reception and tournament entry fee would be between 200-250 Euros. Additional nights accommodation are available to be booked upon request. Other hotels are available. For example, the La Petra 4* hotel is only 200 metres from the venue.

There are plenty of historical sites nearby, including Pergamon and Ephesus that are around an hours drive away.

Direct flights are available to Izmir - Adnan Menderes airport (around four hours from the UK), with an overground tube and finally a taxi ride to yenifoca. Flights will likely be between £200 - £250. Assistance will be provided for the taxis once final numbers are known.
