Hello,
this is a private picture of my father from 1945.
He served with the Yugoslav (formerly Partisan) AirForce. He told me the airplane he was posing on was a Yak-9.
So I suppose his uniform and attire is from the Soviet Union and could possibly serve as a pilot for the Soviet Union.
