What are the prospects of concluding these battles by November 19 at the latest?

2. Malabar26 attacks Aetius39, using the army of Paropamisadai with Indian allies, in Parthyaia.
3. Aetius39 attacks Malabar26, using the army of Arakhosia, in Paropamisadai.
5b. carpenkm attacks SnuggleBunnies, using the army of Mesopotamia, in Syria.

EDIT: Hard deadline will be extended to November 21 (24:00, Stockholm time) but no playing beyond that, so please report the score that stands at such time. Or the final score if concluded earlier.

Thanks for report. This concludes the three #5 battles:

5a. SnuggleBunnies attacks TomoeGozen, using the army of Phrygia, in Syria.
=> SnuggleBunnies defeats TomoeGozen 63-18.
5b. carpenkm attacks SnuggleBunnies, using the army of Mesopotamia, in Syria.
=> SnuggleBunnies draws with carpenkm 47-43.
5c. deeter attacks SnuggleBunnies, using the army of Aigyptos with Arab allies, in Syria.
=> deeter draws with SnuggleBunnies 6-0.

This means that SnuggleBunnies has 1 victory against 0 for the coalition of carpenkm, deeter, and TomoeGozen, thus gaining control of Syria.

And this in turn means that TomoeGozen becomes the sixth of the Diadochi to be eliminated. Many thanks for participating, Dave: hope you enjoyed it!

Sorry TG I did my best. At least i killed SB's C in C - stabbed in the back running away :-), although mine then died the same turn leading a hoplite charge. I guess it doesn't matter too much whether your speared in the back or the front - you're still dead!

Round 4 (317 BC): attack declarations

Post by kronenblatt »

Order of attack declarations (based on highest inflicted casualties in the previous round)
  1. carpenkm (44) Nov. 24
  2. Aetius39 (6 7) Nov. 25
  3. deeter (6) Nov. 26
  4. SnuggleBunnies (0 47 63) Nov. 27
  5. Malabar26 (0 7 45) Nov. 28
  6. Warg1 (0) Nov. 29
Please note
  • Supports of other attackers (B) or defenders (C) are possible, and not only outright attacks of your own (A).
  • So now may be the time to discuss and negotiate with other players on the course they're planning, maybe agreeing on joint actions, and so on. Or maybe not...
  • Please just read up carefully on the rules (in particular the Attacks and Effects of battle outcome parts) and be aware that players may not always do what they say...
  • Attack declarations are posted in this thread.
  • Please express attack declarations in the way the following examples show:
Outright attack (A): rbodleyscott attacks kronenblatt, using the army of Gedrosia and Indian 500 BC - 319 AD allies. Attacker satrapy Babylonia, defender satrapy Mesopotamia.
Support of attacker (B): Aetius39 supports the attack of rbodleyscott upon Mesopotamia, using the army of Armenia and Georgian 331 BC - 252 AD allies. Supporting satrapy Kappadokia.
Support of defender (C): Karvon supports the defence of kronenblatt in Mesopotamia, using the army of Aigyptos and Kyrenean Greek 321-276 BC allies. Supporting satrapy Syria.
  • Date (midnight CET+1 (Pella) time) above indicates deadline, after which opportunity for you to declare attack is forfeited and the player next in line may declare his attack.
  • Once you have declared an attack, please PM the player next in line, who will then be free to declare his attack, up to his deadline, so we all don't need to wait for each player's deadline.
In case any of you have any questions (which I'm sure you have, no problems :) ), please post them in this thread in order for everyone else to see the question as well as the answer.

The New Babylonian Empire has received disturbing reports of human rights violations in the recently oppressed nation of Syria. The Babylonian C in C said from his reinforced bunker some way behind the front line - "We march to restore TomoeGozen to his rightful place (as Puppet ruler under the protection of Babylon). I'm right behind you lads!"

Carpenkm attacks SnuggleBunnies using the army of Hyrkania. Attacker satrapy Mesopotamia, defender Satrapy Syria

I don't think this is a legal move. You can either support carpenkms assault into Syria, or attack me elsewhere

Yes, that's what I've assumed too (in opening post):

deeter supports the attack of carpenkm upon Syria, using the army of Aigyptos and Arab allies. Supporting satrapy Aigyptos.
