The vacancy in early Middle Ages Division C was offered in turn to roc91_, deve and jdouglas1310 but none of them responded so the place has been given to Hendricus. I will invite those three reserve players to Season 4 of the FOG2DL.

Our long national nightmare is finally over!

I had the Carthaginians on the ropes for several turns including at least one that went over with the score over 60% only to have it return because of fortuitous rallying. It has to be the universe balancing after the Great Elephant Flank Attack scandal of 2018.

My dudes were truly in trouble of auto-breaking as casualties mounted as I chased rallied units.

I need a beverage.

Thsnks for a fun game that was nip and tuck until the end. Morbio passed up the chamce to just stand on a steep hill to make a game of it and came close to pulling it off.

ruskicanuk (Romano-British 407-599AD) defeats ianiow 6.59 (Byzantine 551-578AD) 57-18. The score does not indicate the game at all - ianiow had a very well executed flank attack with his elite cav but my right warriors stood up, rallied, etc which prevented the horse from rolling up the line. Since they held, superior numbers eventually ground down the charging cav into an early victory for the Romano-British hordes.
