Re: Tournament diary and news
I have checked the multi-player lobby inside the game today and sent out reminders for all challenges dated 5th and 6th February that remain in there. If you get a reminder please pick up those challenges as soon as possible. If you are unable to start the game promptly, still pick up the game but just send a brief PM to your opponent saying that you will be starting as soon as you finish your other matches. That way the player who posted the challenge will know that it hasn't been missed.

Re: Tournament diary and news
tofman04 has contacted me and he is able to resume his matches in Classical Antiquity and Late Antiquity and he will continue playing in the Themed Event Pool B. He has had computer problems.
If anyone is wondering about me posting "Calling Player X" type threads in the open forum, there are three basic reasons for this. Firstly, sometimes players will read the forum without logging in so they will not know there is a PM waiting for them (I always try to contact a player by PM first); secondly, it alerts friends and/or opponents of the player concerned that I need to discuss something and messages are often passed on; and thirdly, it lets everyone know that the competition is being monitored properly. My aim is to provide a high quality competition where all the usual problems associated with online play are minimised.

Division E
Hi everyone,
i have a result to post: IMCSpartan 550-461 BC v Barrold713 - Greeks 460-281BC is a win for IMC. 47-20
Interesting encounter. The Spartans were outnumbered by the Greeks but their armour saved the day. Assisted also by the Greek cavalry who decided to chase of skirmishers rather than rejoin the battle and hit the Spartans in their rear. A good learning experience all round. Thanks for the game Barrold713.
