Weekly round-up
pantherboy (Bretons) still sits top of Division A this week, although dkalenda (Romans) has moved closer with another victory and he is now the main challenger after harveylh (Jewish Revolt) lost his last match. Two wins for ruskicanuk (Ptolemaics) keeps his very faint hopes of winning this section alive. In Division B, two defeats for Trogilus (Romans) means that he is relegated, while a victory for XLegione (Romano-British) sees him finish third. Nothing much to report in Division C and in Division D Barrold713 (Jewish Revolt) secured third place with a win in his penultimate match.

Weekly round-up
A crushing victory for pantherboy (Bretons) in the top of the table Division A clash with Triarii (Arab Bedouin) makes him odds-on favourite to win this section now. His main danger now is ruskicanuk (Arab City), who has 4 wins from 5 matches. In Division B, the relegation issue has still to be decided between gamercb (Franks) and ggarynorman (Byzantines) and they still have to play each other. There is a similar situation in Division C where the bottom two players mkjhartmann (Scots-Irish) and desertedfox (Franks) still have to play each other to decide who gets the wooden spoon.

Weekly round-up
There was a first defeat for ianiow (Egyptians) in Division A this week, but it is unlikely to prevent him winning the section outright. klayeckles (Assyrian) can overtake him if he decisively wins his last two matches against Nijis (Achaemenids) and nyczar (Urartians) provided ianiow loses his last match, without picking up a point, against bottom-placed paulmcneil (Syracusans). In Division B, Jagger2002 (Carthaginians) got the first of the three victories he needs to gain automatic promotion to the top flight. He still has to get 7 points from his remaining matches against GDod (Syracusans) and Morbio (Thracians). At the bottom it is now incredibly complicated with 5 players still in danger of the drop and 4 of them on 8 points. GDod and Morbio should have enough matches in hand to overtake devoncop (Egyptians) who has 11 points and has finished his matches. But Ulysisgrunt (Hebrews) and edb1815 (Achaemenids) both need clear wins from their last match to reach the safety of 12 points. In Division C, the wooden spoon position is yet to be decided with both gamercb (Thracians) or Barrold713 (Babylonians) still looking for a win to overtake General Shapur (Spartans) who has finished his matches with just 6 points.
