Unable to play Multiplayer on Versions newer than Legacy

I play the game since July 2020 and since the beginning I'm unable to play multiplayer with my friend. As soon as the loading screen ends the host is alone in the game and the joined players game crashes with the error message "3221225477 EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION". Both of us can play the game solo no problem, we already checked drivers, firewall settings, compatibility settings, scanned the game files with steam all multiple times. Every new DLC we try again and hope that it has been fixed but it doesn't work. If we switch to the Legacy 1.2.6 Version it works but we want to play with all DLCs. I couldn't find another solved post with the same problem, if there is already a fix please tell me.

I attached all three logfiles, the dxdiag file and the msinfo file
