white screen in stead of starting?

Just got the game, and every time I try to start the game I get a white.
The log says:

How to get a DirectX Diagnostic file:

1. click on "START"
2. click "run"
3. type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice

We prefer that DxDiag files be posted as message attachments rather than pasted into the body of the post.

once the report has been made, just zip the file then attach it to your post as it's a Txt file which is then not permitted to attach to the forum, where as a zip file is.

my advice is, a clean boot and see what is stopping it from running

so check your antivirus and firewall logs and see if either have anything logged game related

I never used this CCleaner, but see the file attached

Both my AVG and Win firewall is allowing the program to run. So that's not the problem.

is it the site or steam version?

did you install the game as install as admin and run as admin on the game shortcut or game exe?

it maybe just something as simple as a country code use, and English needed to be set in the layout etc, but again not confirmed as not sure what codes the developer has used for regions etc either, so will have to wait for a reply on this one as well

as i'd need the developer to understand the logfile tbh, as there's nothing that points to anything in the logs or report, other than game hangs, which normally points to a file permissions error, but if not logged, it's anyone's guess tbh
