Who has Missions?

Which nations have missions; not objectives? I've seen them with Carthage, Armenia and Rome. Who else has them, as they add to the game?

Originally only Koclhis and Armenia had missions (from 1.06 and on). With the Persia DLC many nations got missions too (Persia, Athens, Sparta, Rome, Carthage, etc etc), and some of them work even in the vanilla campaign. Quite a few nations thus have missions now.
There are three kinds of people, those who can count and those who can't.
