Quick question about buildings/leaders that increase base convert value by x%...where can I find that base convert value? Is it a percentage (like say 10% percent chance that each year 1 pop unit in each region will convert) and the modifiers will simply add to that percentage chance ?
And related, what are the benefits of trying to convert other ethnicities ? I'm playing Dacia and I noticed that the Balkans (my main ethnicity) have a higher productivity value than the Greeks for example. Does this mean that if 1 greek population unit converts will to Balkan it will start producing a bit more food/infra/gold/culture? I'm also assuming it will also have a lower Unrest value, which should help with the region's loyalty...correct ?

its usually 5%, but some factions or leader traits can shift this up or down a little.

Where did you see that value? I've myself wondered but never found confirmation of it.
The manual seems to suggest that the more "unruly" a population is, the more difficult it is to convert too. What are the different population conversion % too?

It's in Region_Ethnic_ConvertChance
The base is 4% now.
Each unrest of your pop multiply that by 0.8.

Thanks! So 6 unrest populations conversion chance is 4% x 0.8^5 = 1.31%? That's quite low but maybe ok with the bonuses.
