[Game issue [Disband air unit on carrier] [v9.07]

Landed core air unit on carrier. Disbanded it and it is no longer in the hangar. 3 ACPs freed.
Deploying new core air unit is not possible on the carrier, no deployment hexes.
Graphically it looks like the disbanded air unit is still 'on deck'.
The issue is not resolved the next turn.
Modded custom scenario. Savegame attached.

I think I remember this situation: You can not deploy a Marine plane on an US carrier (different factions!)

The graphical issue's probably a screen refresh bug that should be resolved via loading a savegame.

I deployed 3 Marine air units on the same carrier in the deployment phase.
There are no problems landing/repairing/taking off the Marine air from the carrier. So why not deploy?
So I still think this is an issue.

This is also still an issue.
You can deploy allied faction carrier-planes around or inside other allied faction carriers during deployment phase, like the US and Marines example.
During regular turns, deployment is not possible anymore. Plane and carrier requires the same faction to deploy the plane inside the carrier's hangar.
This disband graphical issue on carrier decks is still there too, but quickly gone should another plane take off from the carrier.
