More Peculiarities Mod - Obselete per the 1.01.05 update

A simple mod that changed the way Peculiarities are applied & some other adjustments.

Increased the number of 'Peculiarities' & the chances for a Star System/Planet to receive one.
Peculiarities match up with in-game tool tips. Starting Pop = 6/8/10 (was 4/8/12).
Conversion to Industry = 50 (was 60).
Increased the Galaxy size by +1, increased the AI opponents +2, (minimum 1 AI), Min/Max distance between Star Systems = 5/10, increased starting funds per 'Beginning' & adjusted the Victory Condition Score Board to see one's progress.

BTW, for those that want a larger Galaxy, I have found that size 3 works, but not size 4.

Place the extracted folder in Documents/My Games/Astra Exodus/Mods
