Extra unit bug

I posted this on Steam as well. When the HP per figure is not an integer then you can get a phantom extra figure. Maybe this only happens at Legend difficulty where the HP are scaled up? This unit had 1 killed figure and some wounds. When I rested it restored the unit to 195/292 (which is 2/3 of 292, rounded up), but it displays on the map with 3 figures and it gets attacks as if it has 3 figures. But for restore squad it still thinks there are only 2 figures.
