Bug with sacrifing items which are "in transit"

If a unit sacrifices an item (at a mutated blood oak or summoning the water elemental in the lake at the clans meeting ...) which is in transit (hourglass symbol) the item will be correctly removed and the effect triggers. But when you save this game and reload the whole game engine hangs and has to be killed via task manager.

Thanks, though this is should not even be allowed, this is a proper bug of course. Great catch!
