PBEM tournament movement points bug

I have a strange bug that prevents my units from moving. All movement points were set to 0. Attack and movement actions are refreshed and I can also do other stuff like rebasing, disbanding, etc. I had this issue in turn 12, but choose to ignore it and just end my turn hoping that it's just a one-time thing. However, as you can see on the attached screenshots from turn 13 it is sadly persistent. I have deleted my cache, but it seems to change nothing. My other tournament game is unaffected as of now. Also, my opponent can play normally (I confirmed it with him). Thanks for the help.

Ok, so for anyone how might have this problem in future solution is a complete clean reinstall of the game. Validating files through steam did not work, same for removing the cache. Back up your saves if needed, uninstall the game, completely clean folder Documents/My Games/Panzer Crops 2, and then install again.
