Cannot download update for CoM for Windows

From the Slitherine store. Whenever I try, the installer gives me an error message after it starts downloading :

"Unable to download file. An error occurred while trying to open an FTP file."

I already have version 1.00 installed and it works just fine.

Any help would be appreciated -- thank you!
