Shards, Lynxcom
I bought three units and tried to place them. I ignored the message about buying a new unit or using a dead one.
The game locked up and I had to restart. I couldn't find any crash files in the steam/dump folder. Let me know where I should look.
Turning myself in for a foul, per PGA and FIFA rules.

Thanks conboy,
Honesty applauded! Play on good sir.
If it happens again, hit the Get Log File button on the launcher and upload it here?

Re: Foul -- turning myself in
I got this issue as well.
Workaround was to close the Purchase dialog, play as normal, then, when before end turn was to purchase one more Inf and say Yes to revive.
Could then end turn.

Re: Foul -- turning myself in
In my game with Lynxcom, he got a unit ambushed by a hidden unit of mine and lost like eight hit points. He had to reload the game due to one of those timeout errors, but he chivalrously repeated the same ambush, and it's very probable I just have invented the word 'chivalrously' but hey! I'm from El Cid land after all.
Lynxcom kicked my ass thoroughly anyway in the end, but that happened after his honourable, sportive action.
This is a sport of gentlemen, it seems (except for the dude that reloaded his turn 260 times).
I would propose to create some Hall of Honour, a place to expose sportive actions seen from players and have some emotional tears everyone.

I believe that this thread has now become that hallowed hall!
Re: Foul -- turning myself in
Maybe change the thread name for something more suitable for a Hall of Honour
Re: Thread of Confessions and Honour
Hi,
I have a confession to make. I went full Panzer I's against rth in the Tournament and it's all gone rather too well
rth is a great player in these matches, and I feel like I've just used Developer Hacks to cheese my way to a big points lead.
Es tut mir so leid!

In the interest of full disclosure ....
In my fourth turn against Celeborn, as the Germans. I got a PBEM server error at the end of my turn. I tried three times to retry the connection. It did not go back to the matches screen, nor give me another chance to retry. I had access to the options window but nothing else. I quit the game hoping it had saved, but it did not. So I replayed my turn the same way that I did the first time, and this time it went to the server no problems.
Just letting everyone know I had to play that turn twice.
