Tell me, please, how do you extract such large and high-quality images of units from the game?

Re: Large and high-quality images of units
Just the usual.
1/ The game textures are created at 2-4x the final game resolution but have to be scaled down to maintain performance. Marketing can use the high res textures.
2/ These are illustrations, nicely posed, lit, rendered at higher resolution and then painted over.
3/ The final image was created bespoke so is not restricted by the limitations imposed by gameplay.

Re: Large and high-quality images of units
Probably but they'd just be the same as you see them in game and frankly I wouldn't bother. The meshes themselves aren't any different to those images. Just the textures.XOPT13 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 17, 2021 7:44 pmOK, is there any way to print these units on a 3D printer?)Patrick Ward wrote: ↑Thu Jun 17, 2021 3:13 pm Just the usual.
