Can Login to Slitherine Website and Store but Not Multiplayer

I'm not sure where the issue lies, but I can login to slitherine's website and forum (with this login: latestageinfernalism).

I cannot, however, login to the multiplayer aspect. Just keep getting "authentication failed" messages. I'm using the same password

Any ideas?
