Question: What does the big green shield mean?

Post by Rag71 »

Hi, just bought the game and so far, loving it.

But I've got a question...

A few times, when targeting the bad guys, I get a large green outline of a shield. Sometimes it has one green block in it, sometimes two. So what does it mean?

I'm guessing it indicates additional protection from cover, armour, abilities or something... Am I close? It's lovely that you have given us a visual indication of... something. But I'm still in the honeymoon period. I just wanna play. I really can't be bothered to experiment to work this stuff out. And I haven't been able to find any reference to it anywhere that I looked.

So, any clues?

It is showing you how much cover the target has. Each block is a full 25%.
