I know I bought it, and I can see the code for the add on ROR. It is not showing in my 'orders' or 'games'.

How do I go about proving that I own it, so that I can download the new version.

You need to contact support[at]slitherine co.uk with your order details (order reference number and email address you have used for placing the order).
We can only find your serial number if we can find the order.
