Master of Magic Remake Launcher

Lately, for no apparent reason, when I try to launch the game through GOG Galaxy, the game launcher takes quite a while to come up, and even longer before I can actually select to launch the game. Any ideas why this is happening? I end up having to restart my computer, just so I can play this game. What the bleep?

You don't need to use GOG Galaxy to launch it. Go to Windows Start menu and find Master of Magic, now click quick launch.
On my PC that starts MoM without having to launch Galaxy app first, it just goes straight to the game.

Milkweg suggested works like a charm - just go straight to the Start menu shortcut. Saves a ton of hassle compared to waiting forever on the launcher. Give it a shot!
