Crash in Tournament Game

Post by pupski »

In one of my tournament games my turn crashes during the playback of my opponents turn, before I can play or do or adjust anything myself. I had this problem in Single players turns sometimes but then I could go back to an older autosaved turn. So, I loaded the turn 3 times and it crashed 3 times at the same moment, when my mortars were punished but certainly not destroyed by a hostile, so called, tank. So I probably have to do stuff or send stuff or ask stuff? I couldn't find the error logs but they are probably somewhere on some disk, advise would be very helpful in finding them. After that I can probably email stuff to the tech support? Thanks for any tips or advise!

Hello,
I had exactly the same issue on my tournament games and this issue occured precisely in turn 11. I was unable to do anything (except hover moving the map) after the execution of my opponent's turn.
I mentionned the fact in this forum in 2 posts but i got no responses. I was compelled to abandon the games...

Yes, I read your posts, a bummer if you can't continue a ranked match. I loaded this game 4 times so far but in my case at the same moment the game just freezes and then crashes. Maybe I load it a fifth time with different settings but I am pretty sure that won't make a difference. If so I let you know. Still no respons on my 'ticket' after 4 days. Luckily I was not competing for the first place in the tournament... oh wait, I was :-)
