We could probably pair you up with someone from Oxford Dave if you struggle,
By the way entries are a bit slow at present ,nothing unusual in that ,but if you are planning on coming please get them in,if only for the caterer.
Having said that I havn't sent ours yet

With everyone concentrating on Britcon it has been decided to extend the date for applying until Sunday 21st August. This will still give 2 weeks to submit your list to the list checker.

Just 2 weeks to go to the Oxford Doubles being held in Abingdon on Thames. Maybe we should call it the Abingdon Doubles!!!

Any way just get your entry in for a great competition. Bring your partner there is plenty to do in around Abingdon and Oxford. See the White Horse and visit the oldest public museam in Britain.
Visit the Royalist Capital during the ECW and the site of several ECW battles.

Entered today, short of a partner and with an army selected on the scientific basis that I (mostly) have the figures...

Jon,

We will sort you a partner.

Most of my armies are picked on the basis of what figures I have.

Thanks. Well yes, but I am sure you rarely end up with a choice of only two armies! :D

No true - I have an extensive number of figures that can become a lot of different armies but I still find some I can not do or want to do.

They've been sent to BHGS,there are other competitions as well so it would be right to have them all up toghether, they will be on here in a few days,we're trying to sort out the odd numbers in all the competitions without the need of a bye,at the moment Bob and I are having to play solo in 2 different ones
