Thanks guys
3.0 is out and it is great. (Apart from the bits I don't agree with .) It represents an enormous amount of work by Borger and Paul, so I think that each and every one of us should buy them a beer. This does raise certain practical problems, but here is my start on the contributions. Of course, strictly they should wait two months before opening it.
We sleep peaceably in our beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on our behalf.
Re: Thanks guys
Yes, agree in every word.
Thank you!
Thank you!
Never in the field of human conflict was so much owed by so many to so few.

Good job .
Re: Thanks guys
Hi,
Thank you for all of your inputs and putting up with my rants
I would love to go to a pub and meet Maybe one day....
Have fun guys, you deserve a lot of the credit in what we were able to figure out and playtest.
We will have a game then and see how that goes once everyone settles in....
Cheers

Count me in! It is very cool that people are still working on improving the game years after release and that they would do so with such gusto! Thank you guys!
Re: Thanks guys
Absolutely -- this is great work by a conscientious team, whose dedication lets the rest of us go on enjoying a new-old game. (Adding a virtual beer to the box....)

Thanks to all, can't get the beer to you, but the best token of respect to your work is to play and enjoy the game.

You can repay the thanks by posting some AAR's. We love reading them.

Re: Thanks guys
Been away from the game for awhile and just downloaded 3.0. It amazes me how you guys continue to improve this game. Love the changed naval combat and the weather depicted on the map! Thanks for sharing this! I only wish I had more time to play it...
