No, Don't scrap it! I love the idea, especially the whole China-Korea thing.

If you're reffering to a multiplayer, send me a PM (by clicking PM under the Panzer in this post) so that I can send you a code.

Well, not really a multiplayer because you could beat the "Master"? I just thought you were deleting the files.

Why would I delete the files? That would just make everyone sad (and worried by the stormtroopers)

Following Kaisershclacht's patch, I have decided to make a patch for this mod as well (v1.2).

Things that will be done:

- Map Loop rebuilt - I removed this with v1.1 as it wasn't working, but have figured out how to make it run
- cities now have labels underneath them, so you can see what they are without mousing over them (like in Strategic Command)
- There will be a new opening screen, like I added in WWI v1.1
- stronger Afrikakorps
- Less mobility in China (with invisible rivers)
- France now stronger
- Automatic paratroop drops will occur over Narvik in April 1940.
- British won't be able to get into the Baltic without capturing Kiel
- More Polish units (very weak)

I will be "rebuilding" Conquestor (where I stored stuff for Panzer Fury) after taking a whole heap of trash off it, and replacing it with stuff about this mod and WWI-GC'14.
So I was hoping that some of you would be able to supply some cool screenshots that you've got from it (I don't have time to play the whole scenario for 5 screens - WWI needs attention as well). These can be uploaded onto the forum, or a PM can be sent to somewhere like mediafire.

If you're wondering why, I want to make Conquestor into a "product page" similar to that of the official Slitherine games (eg. http://www.slitherine.com/games/panzer_corps_ak) - only with mods! Otherwise, this is a bit pointless, but might get some more downloaders.

What's Conquestor? A mod for Panzer Corps?

It's my wiki that I used to upload Panzer Fury. Mostly it has been abandoned, but I will add a link to it when it has been updated.

The one thing that has pretty much been ignored since WWI was released - the flags. What version do people prefer? The ones currently in the v1.1, or the new style being used in The Path to Rearmament.

v1.1 were the best. I should probably also add that The Graphics for whatever-the-name-is are almost done! :D

I haven't named it yet. At this stage I just call it "The 18th Century Mod" or "Project VI"

(I - Panzer Fury, Jul 2013 / II - War of the World / III - Kaiserschlacht / IV - Rearmament / V - GC '14-'18)

This patch is hoping to be released around 11 June... if I get the new graphics for the towns.

More to add to the changelog for v1.2:

- Axis AI - IJA units never bust out of Manchuria early on to invade Russia with 1 unit
- Axis AI - Fixed issue where Axis units would move through Romania to invade Russia weakly in late 1940
- Atlantic Wall will now be built in mid-1943 if France is still fully occupied
- Siegfried Line extends to the Ruhr town around 1942
- Fixed railroads in India
- Added railroad between Basra and New Delhi
- Mini map no longer has pictures on it, just a blank map of the world (no cities/units/victory markers)
- Fixed missing border near Anchorage (was still using "A" markers in v1.1 there)

The patch is still growing:

New units will be added-

P-80 Shooting Star
IS-3
Panzer 35 (t)
Panzer III Flamm
Schwimmpanzer II (A PzIId that can change into a naval unit and cross oceans - 2 fuel max!)
Atomic Bomb Unit!!!!!!! (US only)

Also, V1s and V2s will become purchaseable (Tac Bombers)

Revamped Victory Conditions:

Axis Global Domination: All objectives on the globe captured.
Axis Victory: All objectives in Europe, South East Asia, China and the Pacific captured.
Allied Victory: All objectives captured/owned. This is only achieved as an Axis player vs AI, or if extension of game is denied
NATO Victory: All objectives owned by NATO countries following Allied player's choice to extend game
USSR Victory: All objectives owned by USSR or Communist China following game extension

The most massive change ever done in a mod is coming: The "Hybrid Scenario" - following the end of World War II, a choice panel will appear on the map, allowing the Allied player to either:

A - End game with an Allied Victory
B - Continue game into the early 1950s as the NATO powers (primarily Nationalist China, USA and Great Britain)
C - Continue game into the early 1950s as the USSR.

To make this change work, certain zones will flip from their original locations to the choice panel (Most likely China and France) - and the changes brought about by the Yalta conference (in terms of occupation zones etc.) will always take effect.

Furthermore, the South American countries will now be represented, and can be triggered by moving a unit (of either side) near the continent.

Scenario length will increase from 107 Turns (Oct 1947 end) to 180 Turns (May 1953 end), should the game extension take effect.

Old Changes:

As a result of all this, I'm thinking of renaming the patch to v2.0.

Now post, before my stormtroopers use their cruise missiles (surely you have something to say about this mega-patch) - even if you are asking me how the hell I will make this work.

Hi BNC,

It all sounds very impressive - good luck with this ambitious project.

By the way, I think it is a good idea and much more appropriate to change the name to 'War of the World 2', as this is such a departure from the original.
