Updated to Windows 10 - Now the Game Freezes

I just uploaded to Windows 10.

When I start the game, it goes as far as the art page with the "loading" bar at the bottom. And then freezes. And my computer freezes, causing me to have to restart.

I have P&S Campaigns; I play on Steam, and I have already uninstalled and re-installed the game.

Help please...

uninstall game, remove folder and back up games before removing that folder also, then reinstall game and all prerequisites as required, in other words don't skip any if asked

Unfortunately that did not work; it still froze at the "loading" screen.

Do I need to uninstall steam completely?

I have now unistalled and re-installed steam, and all of my steam games. I checked, and there were no game folders anywhere on my computer.

I then reinstalled Pike and Shot campaigns, started it, and it once again froze at the load screen.

Please help.

Please try deleting the contents of \My Documents\My Games\SJIDAI and then try the game again.
