Coral Sea (1946)

Description:
The Japanese Empire was established with firm borders after stunning victories at Midway, Coral Sea and Hawaii. A truce was signed between the US and Japan, but no one expected it to last. Rearmament continued at a pace. Japan, after an ultimatum not to conduct naval exercises near its borders, has launched a surprise invasion of Australia. Airfields at Cocktown and Mareeba have been seized by Special Naval Forces landed at night by submarine. Aircraft have been flown in. Following up landings are imminent. Note: This is based on Carrier at War's scenario of the same name.

New Britain (1943)

Description: This battle was a major part of the Operation Cartwheel campaign, and was the second landing of the US 1.Marine Division, after Guadalcanal. The main objective was the capture of the Japanese airfield at Cape Gloucester. This was to be used as a base to harass and isolate the major Japanese naval base at Rabaul. Secondary targets were the airfields at Arawe and Talasea. I have added the Hoskins aerodrome as well.

Empress Augusta Bay (1943)

Description: Bougainville, November 1st 1943. With Rabaul under growing pressure from incessant Allied bombing, the Japanese are now barely able to hold their own in the New Britain area. Allied air, ground and naval reinforcements are pouring in.Admiral Koga activates plan RO. The air groups of Zuikaku, Shokaku and Zuiho are transferred to Rabaul. A strong naval force has also been transferred to Rabaul in a concentrated effort to push the Allies back. The Allies are moving up the Solomon Islands to Empress Augusta Bay on Bougainville.

Description: Borneo, May 1st - June 21st 1945. Operation Oboe One was the first stage in the Borneo campaign. It began with an amphibious landing by Australian forces. While the battle ended with success for the Allied forces, this victory is generally regarded has having not justified its cost.

Battle for the Mediterranean Sea (1943)

Description: It is a map designed for skirmish play. 7k starting capital lots of command points (60,80,80). Each move represents a month (upgrades) and has 3 battlefields. One in the north (Budapest) with paratroopers and air force - no access from the mountain road - one in the middle (sea flags) with navy and air force, and one in the south (Libya) with navy and army combined. Winning depends on the gold flags you hold as each pays 20 for the income (a lot of officers for reward as well). The download folder has 2 versions, one starting in Japan and one in USA.

Description: On June 21st, Finnish units began to concentrate along the Finnish-Soviet border. On June 25th 1941, the Soviets launched massive air strikes against 19 Finnish airstrips. This provided the Finns with an excuse to go on the offensive to reclaim territory lost in the Winter War.This scenario covers the Finnish offensive in the 'Continuation War' from July to December 1941. After recapturing most of their old territory, the Finns went on the defense.
