Greetings! This is my first post on this forum and photo of my very first BG. These are Spartan Perioikoi, made by Xyston - one of the most beautiful 15 mm minis (or rather 17 mm). I hope you enjoy! Now, I'm painting another Spartan BG - Spartan Citizen Hoplite, so called Homoioi...

Oh, nice work, Yori!

Excellent basing, too. And I particularly like the way you've handled the edges. Rather than trying to hide them, like everyone does, you have accepted that you have edges, and focused on making them visually attractive instead. Nice bevel and paint work there.

If this is your first BG ever painted, you are going to be hell on wheels in a few years, my friend! You must have done some other miniatures/diorama work before?

Thanks! I was painted 10 mm miniatures for Warmaster. It's very small minis, but good school of painting :) Sometimes I paint something in 1:72 scale... But it's my first step in FoG, and hope that not last :)

Oh Heck!

All my figs are undergoing massive work to bring them more up to date so maybe better when I have finished them, These are nearly 20 years old.

Actually, I'm a novice and I still not know if I will begin FOG (I'm considering WAB too).
However, here you can see some pictures of my XII century Hospitaller Army (I'm still painting about 5 Knight Hospitallers and 32 infantrymen):
