Division B
DzonVejn (Arab) beat Ulysisgrunt (Indian) 63 to 55.
Great game, with several twists during the game.
(3-1)
Division B
DzonVejn (Arab) beat IMC (visigoth) 47-20.
The game easily could have went the other way around.

First Time Control check is Friday 22nd February . . .
The relevant part of Rule 3 is in bold text . . .
"Players must register one result in each section they have entered within three weeks and three results within each section they have entered within five weeks (i.e. the halfway stage) of the opening of the tournament or they may be replaced by a player from the reserve list."
Basically, this is to make sure players are playing matches in all the sections that they have entered. I am not looking to remove anyone, but I do need to make sure that everyone is playing and that no-one has taken on too many matches. For example, if you have entered three sections and you have completed three matches in one section, two matches in another section and you have matches well advanced, but not completed, in your third section then that is fine. I can tell that you are playing your matches at a reasonable rate. If, on the other hand, you have entered three sections and I only have one result from you then it is possible that I will remove you from one section and replace you with a reserve.
Players who have yet to complete a match in a section by next Friday 22nd February can expect to get a (very polite ) PM from me asking if everything is OK and how your matches are progressing.

MikeC (Arab City) beat Nijis (Palmyrans) by a score of 54-21.
A ton of bad luck for Nijis including a random general death followed by mass panic.

blobka (Pictish 210-476 AD) beat Brenmusik (Slave Revolt 73-71 BC) 60-47
Slaves fought well but were not so well at maneuvers and speed, in the second half the left flank where significant numbers of Picts were held from the start got breached scoring victorious 60. If not for the counter Slaves still could have won! Good game, well played, Mr. Brenmusik!
