I attempted to activate Warhammer 40,000: Armageddon - Vulkan's Wrath using the Steam key created on the Slitherine site after I registered there, but Steam says the key I am entering (copied / pasted from Slitherine site to Steam activation screen) is a duplicate key in use buy another account. Can I get another key from Slitherine to be able to activate my product on Steam? All of my other DLC's actvated on Steam just fine except for Warhammer 40,000: Armageddon - Vulkan's Wrath.
Please advise.

I just purchased Ensieg. I have all the other scenarios already, but this one say it requires Version 7.1.4, so I have attempted several times to download your latest updates. I even tried downloading a Panzerkreig update. They all attempt to connect and then tell me no information was sent. I can assume that your server might be down?

What's the game's version number you are running?
You can see the version number displayed in the bottom of the game main menu screen.

Should I uninstall all my expansion games or scenarios. re-load new version and then start over?

yes, download the latest version,.

uninstall all and reinstall on the latest version

I have uninstalled older version and I have installed V.6.1.7 (64 bit), so what do I do now? Can you send me to the appropriate place to download the new update, which is v.7.1.4 or can v.6.1.7 be updated? or do I have to uninstall v.6.1.7 first, then install v.7.1.4 when you show me where to find it.

The attached screen is where it takes me to conduct these updates, but they will not send the files. It spins for a bit then boots me out.

Do the following:

1. Uninstall Order of Battle: WW2 (assuming you've 6.1.7)

2. . Download 7.1.4 setup file from the member's area:
OoBWWII-MultiSetupRelease-v7.1.4.zip

3. Once you have finished downloading the file, please fully unzip the downloaded file "OoBWWII-MultiSetupRelease-v7.1.4.zip" to a folder in your Hard Disk.
After unzipping, you should have two extracted files:
"OoBWWII-MultiSetupRelease-v7.1.4.exe"
"OoBWWII-MultiSetupRelease-v7.1.4.2"

4. Run "OoBWWII-MultiSetupRelease-v7.1.4.exe".

5. When asked to insert the serial number, please click in the drop down menu "Select a New Product to Install... " and select "Order of Battle: Endsieg".
Type your "Order of Battle: Endsieg" serial number.

6. Click in the button "Check Serial".
You should see then the name"Order of Battle: Endsieg" being added to the list of games displayed in the box named "Setup as detected a valid serial number for:".

7. Do the same for all your other expansions.

8. Then click on the "Next” button in order to proceed with the installation of the game and expansions

i cant access the SCWW2 World at war page. why not? want updates and info, and would like to add an AAR of the game?

you need to be logged in to do this, make sure you are and if it does work, contect support if you have already merged your accounts

Thanks - Plimus has rebranded as Bluesnap and changed all links so we need to get these updated.

I've asked support to update it with the correct information.
