Changes in loss statistics from the start of the Allied D-Day operation.
Loss ratio increased in infantry and in bombers.
In the other classes, they have not changed or have not changed significantly.

Axis losses in tanks and fighters almost equaled.
And the losses in bombers and infantry in my Axis game are much less. For now

Amazing how differently these two playthroughs seem to end...

I will say that the games really went in different ways. It was possible to test different ways of the game, except for landing in England.
Although this AAR is quite long, I tried to have an intrigue and I think that both games gave this opportunity

Two attacks in the north and south today destroyed 2 Sherman.

Very interesting things happen in the air.
In France, the Allies lined up in a double line.

Near Rome was discovered the latest enemy fighter Tempest!
He was upgraded from another fighter.

Probably their goal is Denmark or Norway or both.

Appeared vanguard of the British.
For the last couple of turn, I have been thinking about the departure from Russia.
Since now the Allies control 4 VP in Russia, it seems that soon Soviet reinforcements will begin to appear again.

This just seems impossible for Germany...no way for the Axis to win??

In these games we played with only half the normal prestige being allocated to both sides after 1941-42. I wrote about this technical problem in the first page of this topic. It is an issue of the base game and not a result of this mod. For the time being it can be avoided if the mod is played with "show opponent moves off" form the beginning.

Since the Allied sides continuously gets new units, playing with half the prestige mostly affects the Axis side as it is harder to replace Axis losses or to make the necessary upgrades. Therefore it requires at least one more test play to determine what could happen if the Axis gets the normal prestige allocation for the whole war. And since the start of this test play I have made a lot of other changes to improve the balance, and I still make changes to this day as currently we are at about turn 91-92, and not yet fully finished.

In fact, the Allies have a lot of units in France, but this is a countable number.

If we had some strong armored units, we would probably be able to arrange something like this in the winter Ardennes offensive.

But we have no armor and prestige.
All prestige is spent on upgrading old infantry to infantry 44 with panzerfaust.

In the north, the enemy broke through to Amsterdam.
The defense on the Messer River is practically broken. Panther destroyed.
Only pockets of defense remained.
Probably the next turn the opponent will be able to come to the Rhine.
It is interesting that the Allies use trains to bring their slow infantry to the front.

Somehow, enemy aviation was able to destroy 88mm anti-aircraft unit! It is phenomenal!

Some general in the headquarters believe that we have gone too far and the troops should be used in Germany.

The calculation shows that the Axis can hold up to 92 turn. Plan to finish the game for this turn! There is no chance for a DRAW!
But it is rather optimistic. Most likely to 90 turn...

The enemy fleet aggressively attacked Bremerhaven.
Our fleet is on the attack.
The enemy cruiser was already sunk here last turn.
The transport ships is not yet visible, apparently they will need another two turn.

We strengthen the defense on the Wesser River.
But from the next turn the rivers will freeze and we need to build protected defense node.
Before Berlin is two nodes. If we lose them, then we will have less than 10 cities with a cross.

The war is not over yet and the Axis will have even greater losses.
But now, basically, the ratio of losses is 2 to 1 in favor of the Axis, with the exception of tanks 1.5 to 1.
And in the Navy, the Axis loses even 30% more ships than the Allies.
