A question to your all.

The ships in the game are very expensive. A Carrier will cost about 2500 points, a Battleship 2000, a destroyer 1300. The number of scenarios ships can be used are limited too. Replacements if damaged are slow in a port and expensive also. So what do you think must be the price of the ships so you are still prepared to purchase them?

Hello.
It all depends on the number of scenarios where the player can use his ships. For me: carrier 2000, battleship 1500, destroyer 1000 and U-boat 500, but it would not be logical (and historical) for Germany to have an excessive naval force. A high number of U-boats, yes, but (for example) 3 carriers, 6 battleships and 20 destroyers, no. Then you should revise your prices upwards!

The number of units is impressive! And the graphics! I'm really looking forward to your mod being available. It is an excellent job and the choice of units to constitute the main force will be difficult to do.

Who knows the awnser?

We use submarines as a 3-way unit. Surface/periscope depth/dive. This works good in the game. But in the purchase screen we only want to see the surface version. So we made the other two "nopurchase". It looks fine in the purchase screen than but in the game if you push the switch button the game will crash every time. Is there a solusion for this?

You can't have 2 "nopurchase" tags. Set the dates on the 3rd switch to 01.01.1950-01.01.1950 or something similar so that technically the 3rd switch can be purchased but it won't show up on the purchase screen.

German Gun crews

AKRebel and I decided that the German gun crews are to different to the German infantry units. So they all will be replaced by me by gun crews who look more as the German Infantry.

I don't know how to create "masks", "units" (with the 4 small icons) but here is an image the size of a "big Unit".

I tried my hand at it but with sad results; not fit for public viewing. :roll: I'm glad someone with skill is taking a crack at it. :D
