Genko Campaign

Post by KiwiWarlord »

Hi Techs, I can run Genko Campaign as a SP skirmish but when I try to run it as a MP game I am asked for a serial number or to download the game.

I can find no reference to Genko Campaign in the Store.

I have input my Collectors Edition serial number to no avail.

Any ideas ?
Thanks
Brian

If this is only happening in MP then please contact support@slitherine.co.uk as it may be that there is a server-side issue with the serial. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We checked on the server and all seems correct. Can you please try uninstalling the game, then reinstalling. I would also ask you to delete the contents of the CAMPAIGN and MULTIPLAYER folders in Documents/My Games/SJIDAI (you could also rename these folders if there is data in them you wish to retain and cannot redownload).

Cheers

Hi Pip, When I reinstall the game what order do I install the various DLC's & updates please ?

pre Install, turn off win10 FireWall ( I only have the win10 protection, no other virus programs onboard )

1st Install my Sengoku Jidai Collectors Ed
2nd Install Gempi Kassen DLC
3rd Install Mandate of Heavan DLC
4th Install update 1.40

Would the above order be the correct install order ?

If I bought Sengoku Jidai Gold would that Install include all of the above including the 1.4 update ?

Thanks

You should be able to install the main game, then the latest update, then the DLCs. I would recommend that order.
