Gladius has stopped working error on launch. Windows 7 steam version

When launching any version of Gladius or steam beta. Launcher starts fine, but then I'm presented with an error that gladius.exe has stopped working.

I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, switching hard drives, deleting all files and trying again, deleting the proxy folder and all that related to the game but still no luck.

I've added pictures of the error and I'll provide the rest of the pictures of the log aswell

no error's in the log at all, so nothing to go on, developers will need to look at the logs, maybe it would be a good idea to zip them up as well, as it's not so clear and easy to read in the picture format it's in atm

Ahah thank ya! Went ahead and made a zip with the log and DxDiag aswell as updating those audio drivers

The only other log file I can find is the Gladius setup logs. Are those the ones you're referring to? The Proxy Studios folder logs I included in the previous zip file with the DxDiag.

Are you looking in your Windows Documents folder at:

No luck finding the folder. Doesnt seem to exist on any of my hard drives. Only thing I can find in my documents is these. Even checked the hidden documents folders on Windows 7 and it doesnt seem to exist.

Only log I seem to have available is the install log and the launcher log.

I do not tried reinstalling and everything I could think of but one never seems to be created. Just the one folder for proxy studios that has the launcher files and the logs for the launcher. Checked all my hidden folders, other user documents. Fully searched my hard drives and no other proxy studios folder seems to exist.

Try first Step 1 and if the issue still persists try Step 2.
Step 1: Run the game as Administrator

- Right-click the game in your Steam Library.
- Go to Properties, then to the Local Files tab.
- Click Browse Local Files.
- Locate the game executable (the application file).
- Right-click it and go to Properties.
- Click the Compatibility tab.
- Check the "Run this program as an administrator" box.
- Click Apply. Having done this, restart Steam and try launching the game again.


Step 2: Run Steam as Administrator

- Navigate your Steam installation file (By default, it is in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam).
- Right-click the Steam executable.
- Follow the above steps to set it to Run as Administrator.
- Restart Steam.

Tried both of those already. If its been posted on this forum, I've given it a shot :<

Try to disable all background programs in case these are interfering with the normal running of the game.

You can do this by running msconfig and disabling all non-windows start-up programs and services (except Steam).
Then once you have disabled all non-Microsoft services (except the Steam ones), please run the game and see if the issue persists.
If it does not, please then reopen msconfig and reenable those services, one by one, until you find the program causing the problem.

Gave that a shot, still the same issue.

Create another Windows administrator account.
Uninstall the game.
Reboot Windows in the new administrator account.
Reinstall the game.
