SnuggleBunnies (Korean) "defeats" KiwiWarlord (Japanese) 23-11

The Korean army hid as much as possible in a forest, which the Japanese had difficulty advancing far into. By the coming of nightfall, the Japanese were surrounded, fighting in the forest on one side and defending the Koreans' fortifications against a wide flanking movement on the other!

Ill get my challenge up soonest for round three ( and fifnishing up my round two battle as well w kiwiwarlord )but its unclear to me if I'm fighting Baldrick or gentlmenranker? once I know ill get it set up, cheers all!

I was a bit over confident with my cavalry who got caught by your samurai. After that you were able to pick off my infantry and I could not do enough damage to your superior units. My excuses to the Emperor revolve around the absence of trees and cover on the forlorn steppes on which we fought. I wish the Jap invaders joy of it!

Anyway, joking aside, it was a very enjoyable game and a good match up of armies I thought.

My opinion is that the Korean army is better overall (especially the one with the Monks) but is much more difficult to learn to use effectively.
